Seafly 243 – Ippolitow

I’m Hon. Sec. of Newcastle Yacht Club and owner of Seafly 243. Back in the 60’s the Seafly was the only boat sailed in Newcastle – most were built by Lesley Hanna here in Ireland – but 2 boats, no 243 and 245 were home builds. In fact my grandfather built the boat that I still own. I race an RS400 now but bring the Seafly out once a year for our annual Seafly Championship.
