Save a Seafly

Save a Seafly! We have one of these increasingly rare old boats at our club (no 231 – more details). Owner deceased. Boat desperately needs saving. Its all there with sails and spinnaker equipment & a good cover. Bad news is the floor is gone in places and other tails of woe. Is it viable? I hate to scrap a boat that could be saved.
